How Tenue Services SRL handles personal data — what we collect, why, and the rights you have under the GDPR.

Last updated · 4 August 2026

This site collects no personal data about you, sets no cookies, and runs no third-party trackers. The sections below explain that in full, and set out your rights under the GDPR.

Who we are

Tenue Services SRL is the data controller for any personal data described in this policy.

  • Company: Tenue Services SRL
  • Registered office: Str. Nerva Traian 27-33 Sc. B Et. 1 Ap. BIR. 6, 031044 Bucuresti, jud. Sectorul 3, România

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as we are not required to under Article 37 GDPR. Data protection questions go to contact@tenue.ro and reach us directly.

What we collect

Analytics

We measure traffic with Umami, an open-source analytics tool we host ourselves at analytics.tenue.one. We chose it specifically because it does not identify visitors.

Umami records aggregate, non-identifying information: page URL, referrer, screen size, browser, operating system, and country. It does not set cookies, does not store your IP address, and does not build a profile or follow you across sites. Visits are grouped using a hash that is recomputed daily and cannot be reversed to identify you.

Because we self-host, this data stays on our own infrastructure. It is never sent to Google, Meta, or any advertising network, and we do not sell or share it.

  • Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) — understanding which pages are useful so we can improve the site. We consider this a minimal intrusion given no personal data is involved.
  • Opt out: see the Cookie Policy, which includes a one-click control.

Email you send us

The contact buttons on this site open your own email client — nothing is transmitted to our servers when you use them. If you choose to email us, we receive whatever you write: your name, email address, and the content of your message.

We use it only to answer you and, if it leads to work, to prepare and perform a contract.

  • Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract, and performance of that contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); otherwise our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).

Server logs

Our web server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent) for security and troubleshooting. These are not used to analyse behaviour or build profiles.

  • Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) — keeping the service secure and available.

What we do not do

  • We set no cookies. See the Cookie Policy.
  • We run no advertising, remarketing, or social media tracking pixels.
  • We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data.
  • We do not use personal data for automated decision-making or profiling.

How long we keep it

DataRetention
Analytics (aggregate, non-identifying)Retained as long-term aggregate statistics
Email correspondenceFor the duration of our relationship, then up to 3 years (the general limitation period under Romanian law)
Accounting records tied to a contract10 years, as required by Romanian accounting law
Server logsShort-term, on a rolling basis

Who else sees it

We keep the number of parties to a minimum:

  • Our hosting provider, which operates the servers this site runs on, acting as a processor under Article 28 GDPR.
  • Our email provider, which delivers and stores messages you send us.
  • Public authorities, where we are legally obliged to disclose.

Our analytics are self-hosted, so no analytics provider receives your data. We do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your data; have it corrected; have it erased; restrict or object to processing (including objecting to our legitimate-interest processing); receive it in a portable format; and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To exercise any of these, email contact@tenue.ro. We respond within one month. There is no charge unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you may lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority:

You may also complain to the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change how we handle data, we update this page and revise the date shown at the top. Material changes will be made clear rather than slipped in quietly.
