These terms govern your use of https://tenue.ro. They cover the website itself — the work we do for clients is governed by a separate signed contract, which takes precedence over anything here.
This site describes what we do. It is informational.
Nothing on it is a binding offer. Prices shown for our services are starting points, published to give you a sense of scale — they are not quotes. A quote becomes binding only when we put it in writing for your specific project and you accept it. Availability, scope, and timelines are always confirmed in that written agreement, never assumed from this site.

The text, design, code, logo, and images on this site belong to Tenue Services SRL or are used with permission, and are protected by Romanian and EU copyright law.
You may quote short passages with attribution and a link. Reproducing whole pages, or reusing our branding and visual identity, requires our written permission.
Client names and project examples appear with the permission of the clients concerned and remain their property.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes we cannot resolve between us fall to the competent courts of Bucuresti, România — except where mandatory consumer protection rules give a consumer the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
